PETER DE ANGELIS - GENERAL MANAGER:

Peter De Angelis brings 27 years experience in the refrigerated transport industry and manages all aspects of the business, is the Logistics consultant to the company's 300+ customer base providing advice on cold storage requirements, and has established the HACCP accreditation program giving assurance that the company follows the industry's highest quality standards.

Peter has developed a strong understanding of the essential processes in the management of storage and distribution of food products from his experience in working directly with a dedicated Australian Quarantine Inspection Service Consultant to establish appropriate levels of food safety procedures and gain Export Accreditation. As the company has grown to a team of 30 personnel, Breeze uses Peter's forward thinking and planning as a key tool to its solid and ongoing growth.

CON PAPADOPOULOS - ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER:

Con's exposure began as a refrigerated courier delivering cartons and pallets around Melbourne. His previous on road experience made him perfect for a permanent position with Breeze Logistics as the Cold Storage Manager as we wanted someone who new what they were talking about when it came to the delicate area of cold storage.

For 3 years Con has successfully coordinated thousands of pallets a week for storage and transportation Australia wide thanks to Con's exceptional customer service skills and great hands on knowledge of the cold storage & transport industry.

Con has helped us build one of the most trusted companies in Australia when it comes to cold storage and has moved to the role of Assistant General Manager. Con manages the day to day transport issues, assist with the general operations and manage the HACCP Accreditation standards and all of our occupational health and safety procedures.

GARRY JEFFS - VICTORIAN PALLET DISTRIBUTION:

Garry is the Breeze Logistics Victorian Pallet Distribution manager and coordinates all Melbourne metropolitan consignments including inbound stock from other states. The main areas that Garry coordinates includes the delivery of stock, ex Breeze Logistics cold storage facilities, pick up of stock from clients for delivery to their customers, pick up of stock for dispatch to other states, coordinate vehicles and liaise with Breeze clientele for a smooth delivery process.

Garry has worked with the Breeze Logistics General Manager, Peter De Angelis, both at Breeze Logistics and on other logistics projects for over 10 years. As well as being a very experienced staff member Garry is well known as having a strong work ethic and is extremely particular with the day to day management of the logistics systems and is an integral member of the Breeze team.

IAN LEEK - VICTORIAN CARTON DISTRIBUTION:

Ian has had 30 years experience in the Cold Storage and Transport industry and has worked for a number of Australia's leading Cold Storage and Distribution companies. Ian has extensive knowledge of the transport software systems that Breeze Logistics uses to successfully process Breeze Logistics customer requirements as well as the operational procedures of a large company, which will benefit Breeze Logistics as it expands its business and strengthens its hold in the industry.

Every movement that is effected daily is monitored closely by Ian including coordinating the loading and unloading of all containers, daily order picking (ranging from one carton to semi trailer loads), stock control, temperatures, use by dates, inventory and batch codes.

DAVE WATERSTON - INTERSTATE TRANSPORT MANAGER:

Dave has worked in the industry since beginning his apprenticeship under Peter De Angelis some 15 years ago. Dave has worked for some of Australia's larger companies before joining the Breeze team in January 2007 as our cold store leading hand. In this short time Dave has proven to be a great asset to the operations with his wealth of knowledge with both the software processes and also the procedures of interstate distribution. This has assisted with his early promotion to Interstate Transport Manager.

LYNN HOWER - PALLET CONTROLLER:

Lynn has been with Breeze Logistics for two and a half years, starting on a part time basis, and is now managing our administration office full time. Lynn has been instrumental in the development of the Breeze administration procedures, including managing the implementation of our new invoicing software package.

Lynn has had 25 years experience working in small to medium sized companies, in a variety of industries including; engineering, electronics, shipping and transport. Lynn has strong skills in the secretarial, accounts, payroll, administration and reception fields. Lynn's experience is vital for the future growth of Breeze Logistics.

JACKIE POWELL - OFFICE ADMINISTRATION:

Jackie has been with Breeze Logistics since October 2005. Prior to coming to work at Breeze, Jackie held an Office Administrator position in the Hospitality Industry for 9 years. This role allowed her to develop her outstanding Customer Service skills which she brings with her to her Accounts Receivable position at Breeze.

With over 22 years experience Jackie has developed a range of sound skills in Office Administration and Accounts Receivable procedures from having worked in many industries, such as Engineering, Computer Sales, Graphic Arts and the Printing Trade.
Jackie's computer skills and efficiencies enable her to perform administration tasks efficiently and in a timely manner due to her personal organizational skills.

LESLEY LEWIS - ASSISTANT:

Lesley Lewis has worked for Breeze Logistics for over 12 months now. Lesley systematically processes the mounds of paperwork by securely storing all relevant documents from the many orders processed by our Operations team. The amount of paperwork has grown immensely with the progressive growth of the business and Lesley has been a great support for our Accounts staff ensuring all records are stored appropriately.
